Dr. Kimberly Elsbach is an Associate Dean and Professor of Organizational Behavior at University of California, Davis. She teaches Organizational Behavior at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

Dr. Elsbach's research is internationally renowned with papers published in the Harvard Business Review and the Academy of Management Journal. She is also an International Research Fellow at Oxford University. She Received her PHD at Stanford University, BS and MS at the University of Iowa.

Elsbach is also an NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative and a National Champion Masters Swimmer.
