Alan Young is an accomplished and highly creative and disruptive thinking sales innovation architect, trainer, and sales coach. With over 30 years of practical sales, sales management and consulting experience, he is especially adept in creating new revenue streams and sales lifts in both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial environments. Alan has specialized B2B and B2C experience in the nonprofit education, service, manufacturing, entertainment, high technology, wireless, and healthcare industries. He graduated from Illinois State University with a BA in Radio and TV production. Then from Biola University in 2006, he earned an MA in Organizational Leadership.
Mr. Young’s mission statement is to encourage, nurture, and release the gifts, talents, strengths and emotional intelligence in working professionals to enable them to reach their full potential, both for themselves and for their employer. His passion is to also design, implement, deliver, and manage aggressive mold breaking sales training and coaching strategies to assist his clients gain greater profitability and market share in a global economy.
