The North Country's congressional candidates faced off at their first live debate at Mountain Lake PBS in Plattsburgh Tuesday afternoon. Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, Democrat Tedra Cobb, and Green Party Candidate Lynn Kahn sparred over taxes, health care, the environment. 

Kahn shook things up.
