After a promising start to the year in Concacaf Champions League, New York City FC has dropped its first two matches in Major League Soccer. Like NYCFC,  four other MLS sides are hoping to advance to the CCL quarterfinals while all of them attempt top manage a congested schedule with the start of the MLS regular season this weekend.

NYCFC Defeats San Carlos In First Leg Of Champions League

There's a lot to digest in this week’s podcast - based on a NY Times report which was then confirmed by New York City FC, a new soccer-specific stadium deal in the South Bronx seems imminent. That news came on the heels of Concacaf announcing that NYCFC will host the second leg of the Concacaf Champions League at rival Red Bull Arena - which has not gone over well with supporters.
