The Left has a new plan for New York City.
They’ve used sanctuary cities to shield illegal immigrants. They’ve used blue states to provide cross-border abortions.
Now, they’re preparing New York City to be the national hub for taxpayer-funded sex-change operations.
This isn’t a theory. This is coming straight from the Democratic Socialists of America—the DSA—who are openly strategizing how to turn NYC into a launchpad for radical gender policies that bypass federal and state restrictions.
Daniel Goulden, a DSA Steering Committee member, laid it all out in a recent panel at the Socialism 2025 conference. He’s not some outsider. He worked on Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani’s campaign, helped draft his trans policy platform, and meets regularly with Zohran’s team.
Here’s what he said—quote:
“Zohran is literally attempting to do what conservatives say we want to do, which is provide gender affirming care to anyone who wants it for free. We're gonna fly people in and pay for their hotel rooms.”
Not just New Yorkers. Anyone.
They’re designing a program where activists will use New York’s city budget to cover flights, hotel stays, and surgeries for people from across the country. And they’re preparing to do it with or without insurance companies.
Goulden admitted: “We collaborated with Zohran Mamdani’s campaign on his trans rights platform. What we explicitly wanted to do was use the power of New York City to provide free gender affirming care—not just to people in New York City, but across the country.”
This initiative is being designed as more than a healthcare program. It’s a foundation for expanding influence and control through city government.
These plans are being organized with clear intent and ongoing collaboration among activists and policymakers.
They are leveraging city government as a platform to advance policies that override decisions made by other states and communities.
And they’re not shy about their ambitions. Goulden said, “With Zohran, we’re in basically the best possible position to seize state power.”
They are moving forward with confidence, relying on the assumption that these actions will go unchallenged at the national level.
If this approach is successful in New York, it’s expected that similar strategies will emerge in other cities.
The conflict over these policies centers on jurisdiction—whether cities can impose their agendas on other states without consent.
The executive branch and the Supreme Court are on a collision course with rogue city governments like New York City. As these legal battles escalate, expect professional agitators to flood the streets, manufacturing chaos to protect the power structures they’ve built.
The Sean Morgan Report covers conservative politics, culture, and technology, with a focus on AI, decentralization, and the cultural battles shaping America’s future.
