Earlier this year, 12 black and Latino police officers filed a class-action lawsuit against the NYPD for allegedly forcing cops to carry out illegal quotas and harass communities of color. We spoke exclusively to Edwin Raymond, the lead plaintiff in the case, about this lawsuit and the retaliation he has faced.
