We all know them.  The supervisors who like to FLEX (most of the times its a wanna be flex lololol).  Even our fellow brothers and sisters who just want to tell you that they are the "alpha" - you know, the ones who practice in the mirror all the time. The syndrome. 

Even as supervisors, you see the other superiors who love to make themselves feel better about themselves. Yelling, Screaming, treating folks like they aren't grown as$ men and women.  Like children. 

We've all experienced it - Personally i liked to play the game and get in their heads even more..knowing they would huff and puff for a while.  But SOMETIMES, it gets too much. 

It's silly right? 

Wellllllll, its' all fun and games until an Officer feels threatened and hits RECORD. There is NO reason for this.  NONE.  ZERO reason to rise your voice or act like a child. 

If you have done this - you've lostand maybe it's time to reassess what you can and cant handle. 

Theres some controversy on this one guys.  Lots of departments have rules and regs stating that you cant record another employee.  Maybe THESE things need to change as well.
