- On Tuesday, September 16, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, the Center for the Study of Africa and the African Diaspora will host Dr. Hamza Zafer from Princeton University. The event takes place at 20 Cooper Square, 5th Floor, Room 503.

- On Friday, September 19, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, The Latinx Project and Wikimedia NYC are hosting an edit-a-thon at 20 Cooper Square. This event aims to highlight Latinx New Yorkers' histories and communities on Wikipedia. No prior experience is required, and the event is free and open to the public.

- On Saturday, September 27, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, join us at NYU for La Feria, featuring 45 exhibitors showcasing prints, posters, zines, art books, and more. This event is free and open to the public.

- Also on September 27, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, during La Feria, celebrate the launch of Intervenxions Vol. 4. Meet editors Yara Simón and Alex Santana, as well as contributors to the publication.

- On Saturday, September 27, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Dream Downtown by Hyatt, explore top Master’s programs in STEM and more. Chat with representatives and alumni from institutions like Columbia, NYU, UCLA, and others.

- NYU Langone Health has fully acquired Long Island Community Hospital after a three-year affiliation. The 306-bed hospital in East Patchogue has been renamed NYU Langone Hospital - Suffolk, aiming to enhance healthcare services for the Long Island community.

- The 63rd New York Film Festival is set to take place from September 26 to October 13, presented by Film at Lincoln Center. The festival will feature a range of films, including Luca Guadagnino's "After the Hunt" as the opening night film and Bradley Cooper's "Is This Thing On?" as the closing night film.
