When you hear a song you like and can recall, stop whatever you're doing (if possible), and go to your keyboard. Find the notes and start playing. This video shows you how to play that song within a short time, e.g. between 30 and 60 minutes. It will also help to write down the notes you PLAY in some fashion. Make a copy for your music journal.
