This morning the Talking Point is coming to you live from the Gallagher Convention Centre, in Midrand, Johannesburg, where the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform will host a National Spatial Development Framework Indaba. The Indaba seeks to raise awareness regarding the National Spatial Development Framework as a transformative tool to deal with the triple challenge of poverty, unemployment and inequality by bringing key stakeholders from the various sectors of society together to share knowledge and exchange learning
