This morning, Transnet National Port Authority (TNPA) and it's partners will sign two strategic terminal operator agreements that will develop liquified natural gas import terminal and bulk liquid terminal in South Africa. This new LNG terminal will provide receiving, storage, marine bunkering, truck loading, regasification & gas transmission pipeline services to our customers on a long term basis. The Zululand Energy and FFS Tank Terminals will also contribute to the Just Transition programme, which aims to introduce at least 6,000 MW of gas-to-power projects to meet the country’s limited and depleting energy supply.
