It’s the shortest book in the Old Testament. And its message seems to be

mostly directed at the Edomite people. But there are still some universal

lessons here about judgment on prideful peoples/nations, and how the

Kingdom of God inaugurated in the work of Jesus provides an alternative to

those who will seek refuge in it rather than being defined by the sins of

their nation/tribe.
