Three Very Different Wars

Given that the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya all involve traveling to really ugly and uncomfortable locations and fighting people whose religious affiliations range from silly to savage, it might be tempting to conclude that the three wars are of a similar moral stripe. In fact, the three wars represent, variously, a necessary war, a questionable war, and finally a totally misguided war.
