We are pleased that Cato Instiute Senior Fellow Michael Tanner has agreed to return to our show to discuss the process of Obamacare replacement.  BTW, what ever happened to the Republican proposal to do away with Obamacare altogether?  Oh, yes, that was when we President Obama was in office guarantying that it would never be passed.  Sorry, I forgot about that.  Let's hear what a level-headed free market expert has to say.
