Introduction
What does God say about obedience? James 1:22 reminds us that hearing and knowing the Word isn’t enough—obedience is the key. Even Satan knows Scripture, but the difference lies in how we respond to it.

Obedience as an Expression of Love
John 14:15 makes it clear: "If you love Me, you will keep My commandments." Just as parents show their love through providing, protecting, and sacrificing, children express their love through faith and obedience. Our relationship with God mirrors this principle—our love is demonstrated through our actions.

Living in Obedience
Choosing God over ourselves isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. It’s a decision to grow spiritually, even when it’s uncomfortable. Thankfully, we don’t have to walk this path alone. Seeking God daily, surrounding ourselves with supportive friends, and using tools like apps and programs can help us stay on course.

Next Steps
It’s time to grow up spiritually. While obedience doesn’t always feel good, it ultimately works for our good. Deny self, seek God, and remember—you’re never alone in this journey.
