The Bite

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. NKJV Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. NLT

Your faith is the evidence of your belief in our risen Savior Jesus.

What's your evidence? Who or what are you believing in? Where does your faith coming from? Are you the same person encouraging others to have faith, but complaining about your circumstances?

Sister, where is your faith when bills need to be paid? Your heart saying "I don't know how ends going to meet". But using the statement "I just have to have faith." Saying one thing and believing another, giving lip service faith. Faith on your lips, but not in your heart.

The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It's our handle on what we can't see. The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd. The Message
