Obesity is a word that some don’t want to say out of their mouth when fighting against over weight and suffering from the shame of being attacked. Obesity is a word of that some look at as shame that have caused in their lives depression and Fogginess in the brain and which also will send reactions from chemicals that are harmful to the body due to obesity and these signals will go directly to the brain to crave more carbohydrates. The bad thing about the craving of carbohydrates is that it’s an food addiction. Some don’t even recognize that they have a problem and the reality it’s a war that is going on inside of your body and also in your brain from chemical imbalance due to the storage of fat that is overwhelming the empowerment of your body and causing serious weight problem and obesity in your body. The first battle against obesity is recognizing that you are suffering from obesity and you are carrying extra weight that is causing obesity and this weight is adding weight of another human person in your body and some individual can carry more then two people inside of their body frame so everywhere they go they are carrying this extra person in their body call excess fat which is causing harm to the organs inside of the body.
