This week's show starts off with a reflection on the year so far and it stands as a personal reminder of the craziness of the year. It's not a normal year and we aren't living in a normal time. As I've developed new COVID-19 routines, I like to reflect that this is anything but routine. 

I started a new show this week with my friend @ Mr. Well Travelled called Community is a Verb where we discuss taking action about serving our communities. We are talking about social justice, social activism and how we can support the people and places of Seattle. 

I wanted to mention a weekly obsession that I dove into that has given me some time to relax, smile and temporarily separate from the anxiety of the world. The first is David Blaine's Ascension project, and the second is Love Island.
