The Wildrunners are joined by James Burton aka @ocr_jamesburton who is the elected director of the UK Obstacle Sports Federation (UKOSF) In this episode we chat to James about obstacle course racing in general, the newly announced UK OCR series and what the future goals are for the UKOSF. We highly recommend anyone who enjoys OCR and ninja sports to become a member of the federation and help us to grow the sport to become a recognised sport in the UK.
