Most of us would like to have favor with God and with man. The question is, "How do we acquire it?" Some people teach that all you have to do is claim it. However, this is not the case. Jesus gave us an example of how we find Godly wisdom in Luke 2:52. It says, “Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”

Notice Jesus grew in wisdom. Wisdom is the principal thing, then favor will come after attaining it. This is the first and most important step.

Scripture also indicates that a life of humility, and truthfulness, and living in a Godly manner will cause us to find favor.
