OC116: How do you know if you have the "It" factor?

We've been discussing those who have "It" and those who don't....what makes the difference.  Some way that "they" were born with it....we don't agree.  All of us are born with some sort of talent....it's what we do after we're both that determines who has "It". Here are a few traits of those who possess "It" 1. Never stop learning.  They become average and they keep going....always pushing to be better. 2. They practice self-control and have self-awareness. 3. They realize that everything matters. 4.
