What do Airbnb, Amazon, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Disney, Uber, Apple, Netflix and Southwest Airlines all have in common? Two things, they're all brands that we love and that they're all brands that are customer-centric. If we want to build customer-centric businesses we need to do three things: 1. Choose Customer Experience over Customer Service 2. Know your customers. 3. Operationalize everything around the customers.
