Life change is easy!  Ok, no one ever said that.  In fact, when you decide to change something in your life you'll quickly find that it can be more difficult than you've ever imagined (which is the very reason so few people do it).  Here are 5 things that you can do when the doing gets difficult.

3. Pick one thing to work on today

4. Find community (such as our Facebook group )

5. If necessary, pivot a bit
