Ready to have that dream job?  There are two key steps to growing into your dream job.  You have to start with the job you're wanting to get (or you're wanting to build).  The main benefit is that it lets you know what people are looking for in the role you want to fill.  It also gives you the language you need to speak fluently.  The second step is to measure yourself up against this job description.  The key to this is to start with your strengths, look for the places that come naturally to you.  Then move onto the gaps, the places where you're not as strong. Fill in these gaps with as many resources as possible.  You also need to fill these gaps with experience of some type.  These two steps are key to growing into your dream job.
