Whether your business is well on it's the journey or this is the year to start something new.....the big question is...."Where do I start?"

I say to start with clarifying the destination (listen to episode 85 and 86).  Once you know the destination, then it's imperative that we take a little time to make sure that the movement we take in 2018 will move us closer.  Here are a few tips to grow your business in 2018:

1. Get a bird's eye view
2. Whiteboard everything
3. Stop what doesn't work
4. Get rid of the things that hold you back
5.Work the plan
