Regardless of what you want this year I can promise you this, you will face resistance!  The world doesn't like change and does everything it can to keep you just like you are.

You will face three primary types of resistance:

1. Yourself--this is the number #1 de-railer to most ideas and goals.
2. Others--some people will fight change of any type and instead of cheering you on will do their best to hold you back.  Sometimes their friends, co-workers even family.
3. Lack of resources--it could be skills, networks, financial knowledge or time.
