Welcome to our first episode, Episode 1, of the Malorie’s Weird World Adventures Podcast! On this special Friday January 13th, we will discuss what exactly Occult really means versus the reputation it has today after giving you a brief overview of who I am and why I am hosting this podcast. (This will be paired down much more than in the special Episode 0 so those of you who listened to that episode don’t have to go through that whole rundown again.) I will go over some old early Christian Occult sects that no longer really exist. We will also discuss what Paganism means (and how it differs from the term “Occult”). And, of course, we will end this episode discussing the history of Friday the 13th and why (potentially) many consider it to be unlucky.
