A short excerpt from one of many military briefings being broadcasted by Colonel Sam of the Occupied Forces Hawaii Army who presents a compelling series of events that have occurred including the joint signing of a declaration of a state of war between Hawaii and the United States Navy. This declaration is in accordance with the Law of War field manual and allows the Occupied Forces Hawaii Army to work towards the next goal of signing a peace treaty. These steps are part of the order and process of lifting military occupation. Having studied the Department of Defense Law of War Manual over the last few years I resonate with Colonel Sam’s scientific approach to International Law and holding the illegal occupiers to their own rules.
