Ocean Pines ROC BUZZ Episode 21 - Estimated Cost $450,000-$650,000 for new Dedicated Boardroom Buildout - Waste or Necessary?
With an estimated cost of $450,000 - $650,000 is a Dedicated Boardroom necessary for the Ocean Pines Board of Directors? Are they planning on building a room or a new Ocean Pines Home? Is this really necessary or a waste of HOA fees?
Update: As of Oct 28, 2023 BOD meeting, there are NO further plans to build a new Boardroom. Table covers were also introduced at the meeting and looked very professional. As stated by President Rick Farr, it was rumors and not facts on building of a new boardroom, however, Mr. Farr's own words in favor of the new Boardroom can be found in the October 2023 Edition of the Ocean Pines Progress newspaper on pages 22 & 24 along with a proposed sketch of the new addition to the administration building. FACTS!
