Leon talks to us about his recent devastating injury and how difficult it has been, and how excited he is to be recovering. He discussed how he is keeping fit mentally and physically, staying focused on returning to OCRWC and talks about the new project he has been working on to help OCR athletes called "8 Week Grip & Pull Program".
