OCR Unedited is thrilled to present OCR Elite athlete Kris Rugloski.
Kris has been obstacle course racing since 2017. She has raced in the U.S, Canada and the UK. In 2017, Kris raced at the Spartan Canada Toronto Beast race, making her first Canadian podium win. Kris has done very well and has achieved a lot of success in OCR in 2019, winning races one after the other.
In this episode, Kris gives us a brief intro of who she is and how she got started in running, how she discovered OCR, her first OCR win, her first Canadian podium win in Toronto, nutrition and fueling, her gym Grit Fitness, her goals for 2022 and so much more!
