One of my words for this year and last is reflection. Both for myself and my students, reflection is a powerful tool for enhancing learning, but where do you start and what do you ask? I have a few suggestions and methods of inquiry that (thanks to Daniel Pink and George Couros) might work for you. They have proven powerful for me and I see growth in my students too.
