I cannot even imagine this scene in my mind.
These men, the elders, were in the presence of God. They saw the presence of
God. The street was like sapphire! Beautiful beyond description, I am sure. I
have seen nothing like this but I have seen God’s image in the presence of a
newborn baby, an amazing sunset, a prayer answered that I thought was
impossible. God, thank you for showing up and showing off.
When was the last time you saw a sunset that
took your breath away?
Whose beautiful baby have you held lately?
What prayer did you pray that you felt was
impossible, but you prayed it despite your lack of faith and God came through
in a way you knew it could only be Him?
Take time today to thank God for the
beautiful ways He shows up daily in your life.
Give Him all the praise.
