October is a huge reminder to slow down and get in touch with your heart. You may find yourself a bit sensitive coming out of September and that's perfectly okay! This sort of energy helps you settle into your "feels" a bit more for the month of October. This month is about creating awareness around what you truly want, embracing your sensitivity and your soft heart, and being mindful in the way you are communicating to the Universe as that is directly connected to how your reality continues to unfold.
