Meathead Goldwyn joins me to talk about the “Ultimate” steak grilling machine and will broach the subject of Thanksgiving dinner on the grill and/or smoker. Kicking off the second hour interview slot is the creator of the most popular competition pellet cooker on the circuit, Ed “Fast Eddy” Maurin. The Jack Daniels BBQ Cook-Off is this coming weekend…Eddy was part of the team that changed the rules of this event back in 2004. We will recount the goings-on that year, what really happened, how things changed and who he thinks has the best shot at taking the overall crown in Lynchburg, TN this coming weekend.
