Now…and always. It’s a phrase that can describe a whole host of truths about the life of faith: the presence and power of the Lord, his care and consolations – they are eternally present but must felt in the moment; they are always at hand, but we have to experience them in the now. During this series, we will be introduce the needs we’re currently facing and our best plans for addressing them – getting serious about meeting the needs of now while preparing ourselves to meet the needs we anticipate in the future. More than just another stewardship or capital campaign, this will be an opportunity to re-imagine what it means for us to be the church now and in the future. As such, each week, we will highlight the practical and concrete steps we’re taking to live into being the church we’re called to be. “World-Changing Service” based on the scripture from 2 Samuel 6:17-19.
