Show favorite and monthly contributor to the show…creator of Amazing Ribs, Meathead Goldwyn joins me.  On tap tonight, we talk about Thanksgiving, what you should do and what you shouldn’t.  Meathead will lend his expertise on brining, injecting, labeling, frying and many other items.  We will also cover some NEW information that has surfaced from Dr. Greg Blonder on “The Stall”

Kicking off the second hour is a icon in the BBQ and grilling industry.  Author of many BBQ and grilling books, host of TV shows, teacher of cooking classes and becoming a regular on this show, Steven Raichlenjoins me to talk about APPLES!  We will also cover brisket, rubs and a few other items as well.

Helping me close the show tonight is John Trupiano.  John is crazy about tailgating…so much so that he and his brother are chasing all over the country filming their web series Tailgate 32.  John will tell us how this project came to be and what they look to accomplish on their journey!
