Welcome back to the Views From Lot K! Max and Steve recover and recap after a weekend together, which included three wins for the Phillies against the Nationals. Following Brewers implosions to the Marlins (GO FISH), the Phillies sit one game away from making the postseason where Max and Steve discuss scenarios (00:50). The Eagles recover from an early hole and beat the Jaguars 29-21 thanks to Miles Sanders running up and down the Jags defense, and the Birds defense that wrecked Trevor Lawrence (14:20). The Union failed to show up in Charlotte, lost 4-0, Kai Wagner got a red card, and LAFC won the Supporters Shield. Max and Steve recap it all (23:30). Penn State battled both Northwestern and the rain on the way to a 17-7 win. Good teams win their clunkers (29:57). Temple kept it close with Memphis for three quarters but EJ Warner reminded us he is still a true freshman and the fourth quarter was a runaway for Memphis (37:41). Finally, Bets of the Week (43:31).
