Octopus changing colors...

Last evening I went to fish and caught quite a lot of octopus...

Octopus curry is among my all time favorite food by the way!

When I reached home, I lightly wash the octopuses and put some on a plate to take some photos...

And look what I noticed : The octopuses were changing colors...

From what I read and learn...they change colors to a darker one for different reasons :

To scare away light colored animals.

To grow bigger in size.

For camouflage...they can have the same colors of rocks, sand and corals.

When they feel in danger.

Octopus is really so fascinating and delicious too! Lol!
