About 13,000 units were sold online through Amazon.com, OdorStop.com, Lowes.com, Globalindustrial.com, and webrestaurantstore.com. The dryers were available for purchase from December 2018 through October 2023 nationwide.
Stop using these recalled dryers and contact OdorStop at 1-800-414-2191 or via the email [email protected] to arrange a free repair.
