Deeper in the mossy temple, the heroes find themselves in the den of a mysterious and terrible foe: Demetria.  While her connections to the party are many, none of the heroes have met her before, and certainly they will all be glad to never cross paths with her again after their encounter.  With awesome powers and numerous allies, Demetria might be the heroes most difficult battle yet.

Our heroes take a well deserved rest in the ancient glade beneath the mossy temple after their mortal encounter with Demetria and her minions, but their sleep might not be as restful as they would hope.  With the Horn of Balmytria recovered and numerous civilians rescued, the heroes must return the hostages to their homes, find their way back to Estoria and complete their final labor.  Many strange things happen in the Oldwoods, though.  Monsters abound and not all is what it seems...

The 500 year Oath of Peace is coming to an end and the Titans’ jealous rage has only ripened over time.  Five heroes have been summoned by the Oracle, who prophesied that they are the only hope of refuge from the death of the gods, the destruction of the sacred tree, and the total annihilation of all mortal races.  Join our heroes (and their players):

Ariel (Venus), a naively entitled nymph with a pension for persuasion

Eto (Billy), a hard-ass Aresian soldier who believes that discipline and pride are cardinal virtues

Nausicaa (Violet), a strangely social medusa who can kill a yak from 200 yards away with her trusty bow

Nehmet (Sojak), a man out of time, slowly clearing a 500 year fog from his mind as he composes the greatest epic poem Thylea will ever know

Ylva (Jacob), a stranger in a strange land whose bone-and-hide armor is almost as threatening as her fiery magics

as they are guided through the world of Thylea by their Dungeon Master (Sam).  Many dangers exist in Thylea, especially for one so bold as to take up adventuring, but if The Chosen of Versi fail in their quest, the future of Thylea is certain to be a grim one.
