With the Ultros being repaired by the greatest carpenters in Mytros, the heroes have no choice but to face the greatest spectacle ever laid out before mother Thylea herself:  The Great Games!  Old foes and new strangers fill the arena as spectators from all over Thylea and beyond come to watch the Chosen of Versi face off against the mightiest in the land.  Their first challenge:  The Leaping Spires of Narsus.

The Leaping Spires is no simple game, and it can prove to be deadly if one is not careful.  Land sharks, steep cliffs and violent contestants abound in the cramped arena.  Against all odds, we have faith in our chosen heroes to emerge victorious, the only question is: which team of heroes will win?

Can Eto get those brambles off his legs?

Will Nausicaa face her biggest fan?

Does Big Nehmet have any strength to bear?

Does Ylva have other spells useful for this game?

The 500 year Oath of Peace is coming to an end and the Titans’ jealous rage has only ripened over time.  Five heroes have been summoned by the Oracle, who prophesied that they are the only hope of refuge from the death of the gods, the destruction of the sacred tree, and the total annihilation of all mortal races.  Join our heroes (and their players):

Ariel (Venus), a naively entitled nymph with a pension for persuasion

Eto (Billy), a hard-ass Aresian soldier who believes that discipline and pride are cardinal virtues

Nausicaa (Violet), a strangely social medusa who can kill a yak from 200 yards away with her trusty bow

Nehmet (Sojak), a man out of time, slowly clearing a 500 year fog from his mind as he composes the greatest epic poem Thylea will ever know

Ylva (Jacob), a stranger in a strange land whose bone-and-hide armor is almost as threatening as her fiery magics

as they are guided through the world of Thylea by their Dungeon Master (Sam).  Many dangers exist in Thylea, especially for one so bold as to take up adventuring, but if The Chosen of Versi fail in their quest, the future of Thylea is certain to be a grim one.
