Odyssey Ch. 38: Of Secrets and Seances
The penultimate day of The Great Games is upon us. Ahead lies spectacles honoring the gods Kyrah and Volkan as well as mother Thylea herself. Some questions must be answered first, and some secrets revealed. Our heroes may finish the Games with a very different perspective on eachother than when they started.
Ariel is betrayed.
Eto relaxes.
Nausicaa leaves her armor behind.
Nehmet is hypnotized.
Ylva is vulnerable.
Next time on…
Well that was… Stressful. What else could possibly lie ahead of our heroes in this tournament of familiar faces and uncomfortable truths? With the next event approaching quickly, will the rest of the party learn what Ariel has uncovered? Or will they be too distracted by the Great Game honoring Kyrah?

Will Eto ever talk to Bemus?
Does Nausicaa know how to drive?

The 500 year Oath of Peace is coming to an end and the Titans’ jealous rage has only ripened over time. Five heroes have been summoned by the Oracle, who prophesied that they are the only hope of refuge from the death of the gods, the destruction of the sacred tree, and the total annihilation of all mortal races. Join our heroes (and their players):
Ariel (Venus), a naively entitled nymph with a pension for persuasion
Eto (Billy), a hard-ass Aresian soldier who believes that discipline and pride are cardinal virtues
Nausicaa (Violet), a strangely social medusa who can kill a yak from 200 yards away with her trusty bow
Nehmet (Sojak), a man out of time, slowly clearing a 500 year fog from his mind as he composes the greatest epic poem Thylea will ever know
Ylva (Jacob), a stranger in a strange land whose bone-and-hide armor is almost as threatening as her fiery magics
as they are guided through the world of Thylea by their Dungeon Master (Sam). Many dangers exist in Thylea, especially for one so bold as to take up adventuring, but if The Chosen of Versi fail in their quest, the future of Thylea is certain to be a grim one.
