This untimely group of community college students have been tasked with documenting their search for this lost gem, hoping it will be enough to revive their failing Journalism grades. But with an unruly trail of lies, deception, drugs and greed standing in the way, will they find the gem in time to submit their assignment? Or will it (like their grades) remain underground, forever? Follow along as they meet and interview the many personalities of the fictional town of Lewisville, where tuna sandwiches are for lunch, chess is a betting tool, and the pawn shop may just have what you weren’t looking for.
