今回はいつものお便り回ではなく、先日ラスベガスで起こったアメリカ史上最悪の銃乱射事件について語りました。そもそもなぜこのことについて語ろうと思ったのか、私の銃所持に対する意見、世界観、哲学といった真面目な話をしています。

番組内でも何度も言いましたが、今回を含め、様々なテロ、銃乱射事件などで亡くなった方に黙祷を捧げ、大切な愛する人を亡くされたご家族・友人・関係者の方々にお悔やみ申し上げます。負傷された方々の心と体の傷が１日も早く癒え、遺族を亡くされた方々の悲しみが少しでも和らぎますようお祈りしています。

そしてたとえ憎しみが打ち勝ったように見える時も、愛は必ず存在することを忘れないで。

Every single one of you out there who has been hurt by these horrible acts, my prayers go out to you.

Hoping the physical and emotional pain will subside as quickly as possible.

And I hope you never forget that love is out there, no matter how much hate seems to have quenched it.
