I'm trying something different, where I talk to myself and try to not sound like a crazy person. Well the talk to myself part is new at least.
I have a lot of thoughts about the recent announcements related to X-Wing, and thought I would give my opinions and feelings after a bit of time to process them.
Duncan and I do a post worlds recap and talk about how to address the meta after the 2024 worlds tournament. Also a lot of hot takes.
This week's episode I talk with Andrew about what kind of wacky things we'd like to see in X-Wing in the future.
In this episode, Chrispy and I go deep into what we think the worlds meta is going to look like. This is going to age poorly. I'm ok with that. Also, apologies to Nick Sperry in advance.
On this episode of the podcast, I try to find the deep lore of the meme feedback@backtodials, with one of the OG podcasters. We also talk about X-Wing, and I convince Asa to play x-wing again.
Ryan comes on and gets drunk while experiencing OCX PTSD. In this podcast we do a deep dive on objective play in competitive X-Wing now that its been out for a few years.
This week's episode features Matt Holland, former FFG OP/community manager for X-Wing and other Star Wars games. We talk about what its like to manage our community as well as a lot of the intricacies on what it was like working for FFG while they were making X-Wing.
This week I interview the 2023 (and current world champion) Niklas Good, and we talk about list building, the pressures of being a world champion, and dunking on Americans (sorry).
Disclaimer: This episode was recorded before points updates were made, so some of this discussion was obsoleted before the episode went live.
In this weeks episode of the podcast, I talk to Cam Murray, one of the top Canadian players in the world, and one of my close X-Wing friends.
We discuss how to prepare for tournaments, list building, and silver bullets. (Stick around until the end to listen to Cam's rant about scum if you've never heard it).
