New polling released by The Orca last week shows significant support among B.C. residents to radically change the Insurance Corporation of B.C., our government-owned auto insurance monopoly.   ICBC is bleeding money, and overtaxed drivers are clearly desperate to find new ways to save a few dollars.   Kris Sims is the BC Director for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, and has been a leading voice for turning ICBC into a driver-owned co-op.
