Off The Mountain has made it to the NFL with former App State Offensive Tackle Kendall Lamm. Kendall was a huge part of the transition to the Sun Belt out of Butler High School in Charlotte, NC. We talk about how he was almost destined to be a mountaineer from childhood, Tweetsie Railroad, the different coaches that impacted him and most importantly his love for the City of Boone and Appalachian State University. We also get into the life of an undrafted free agent who is going into his 8th year in the NFL. This was a great time. Enjoy!

Head Coach of the Georgia State Football Team Shawn Elliott joined us to talk about his 18 years with App State Football, the differences between Coach Jerry Moore and Coach Steve Spurrier. His intensity and love for the game is easy to see and his love for Boone is never ending. Appalachian State has a strong tradition of preferred walk-on players getting their opportunity and Cedric Baker Boney embodies that. From Wilmington, NC up to Boone he made an impact a great member of App State's great stable of running backs but now back in his hometown in the fitness and outreach world.
