This week we have a truly inspirational guest - Chris Kennedy.

Chris shares his story that is bound to hit you in the feels.  From his troubled early years including growing marijuana at his school, to sleeping in his car, through to a 2yr stint in prison.  

Is that the end of this story? Hell no, its just the beginning!

Upon his release from prison,  Chris has achieved a top 4 world placing for his weight class in powerlifting including a 10x bodyweight total, completed a masters degree and is about to hit the MMA circuit.

We also cover the allure of prison for those who have hit rock bottom, why a sentence is only the beginning of the punishment and why society needs to change if we are to reduce our prison population.

It's a story that will get you thinking and for many, challenge the way we view those with criminal convictions.
