Jackson and Greg are joined by 3x former world record holding powerlifter and Animal Cage veteran - Andrew Herbert aka Herbietheluvbug. 

He currently has the 2nd best squat in the world in the 110kg weight class. He is also a police officer, EMT, and firefighter. He serves in one of the last cities to have a conjoined first responder department.

Andrew takes us through various events including Boss of Bosses, his love of wrestling and balancing the needs of his full time career with powerlifting. Jumping from a 1500lb (680kg) total through to 2200lbs (1000kg) in the space of a few years.  

Andrew also teaches us to not dismiss the rustling in the bushes and why we loved Jerry Springer (look it up Millennials).
